  • Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in loss of the deposit.
  • If products are specially ordered for your treatment (including anti-wrinkle treatments), the cost of those products is strictly non-refundable.
